PRINCE GEORGE – Steve Elliot is no stranger to Prince George. The Chilliwack native has been visiting our city for over a decade.
Sunday was a little different as he had his first performance at the Gateway Lodge senior care home. The Elvis impersonator donated his time to spend an afternoon rock and rolling with the seniors. Singing everything from the toe-tapping “Hound Dog” to the soulful “Amazing Grace”.
Elliot says it was important for him to visit people who can no longer make it out to his show. “This is their music, so this brings back their music and is a lot of fun for everyone,” says Steve Elliot, Elvis Tribute Artist.
Many members of Gateway Lodge couldn’t help but get up to dance with the King.
