Frostbite is something that no one wants to get when it’s cold outside, and before venturing out in minus 30, it’s important to know the details around frost bite,.

There are different degrees of frostbite that can be possible due to length of exposure, from levels 1 to 4.

Staying inside during extreme cold is always advisable, but if you have to go outside, layering up and dressing warm is a good defense against frostbite.
