Work Underway On New Downtown Condo Development

A new nine-unit condo development is set for construction along 7th avenue to help stimulate the city’s downtown.

The project is part of the City’s Multi-Family Housing Incentives Program, which provides financial incentives to multi-residential developments that aim to bring housing and revitalization to the city centre.  

The initiative started back in 2011 when Northern Development partnered with the city and funding $1 million for projects similar to these. 

Three projects have already been the beneficiaries including on Victoria Street, Ketso Yoh on Quebec Street and the Crescent Townhomes across from the new development.
