Snow Dump Impacting School Buses and Attendance

PRINCE GEORGE — Snow can be a great thing for school-aged children in so many ways. The amount of snow that’s fallen over the past few days has cancelled nearly ten school bus routes. Some schools within the school district 57 are experiencing low attendance. According to the School District 57, there is a policy in place schools that schools do not close during heavy snow events.
