PG Humane Society Moving

PRINCE GEORGE – The Prince Humane Society will soon have a new home.

The Humane Society is moving across the street, literally. But the new facility will have triple the floor space available for the animals. 
The move is scheduled for May 1st and will be open to the public May 8th. 
In the meantime, the Society is putting out a call for help from those with trades skills to get ready for the move. 

“We’re asking those with plumbing skills, carpentry skills to come forward and help us,” says Angela McLaren. “We still need help with vinyl flooring and we’re doing concrete floors so we need help with paint and all thoe things.”
She says the Society also needs monetary help and residents can sponsor a room for $2,500.
