Professional Wildlife Photographer Visiting Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE – One of Canada’s top wildlife photographers is in Prince George. John Merriott is sharing his experiences with local photographers and nature enthusiasts.  While his works involve hiding behind the lens of a camera, twenty years of fascinating and inspiring photographs have put John Merriott in the public eye. Some of Marriott’s work has appeared on magazine covers and coins. Marriott is in Prince George to share his latest book “Tall Tales, Long Lenses: My Adventures in Photography” and lead a seminar on wildlife photography Thursday evening at UNBC’s Weldwood Theatre.
