New Downtown Hotel?

PRINCE GEORGE — Another proposed hotel in the city could change a piece of downtown roads.
Council last night approved the third reading to close a portion of Sixth Avenue between Dominion and Quebec Street.
The closure would allow the city to amalgamate that street with a current City-owned property adjacent to the street.
That, in turn, will facilitate the sale of the land to Mundi Hotel Enterprises.
