Residents Asked To Report Large Puddles and Ponds

PRINCE GEORGE — The warming temperatures forecasted for the week is expected to cause puddles and ponds on city roads. The City would like to remind residents to call in and report large puddles or flooding concerns, as it will help them prioritize and plan.
The City says one of the most common reasons for flooding, is caused by meltwater on frozen ground with nowhere to go.
The City’s Utilities Division has a crew of 40 prepared and ready keep the nearly 5500 storm drains clog-free.
