RCMP Target Distracted Drivers

PRINCE GEORGE – Prince George RCMP’s Municipal Traffic Services Section continue to pull over drivers for distracted driving. This month Citizens on Patrol have joined forces with police to nab those who choose to drive while using an electronic device.

March is distracted driving awareness month and police across the Province are conducting distracted driving enforcement. The fine for a single distracted driving violation ticket is $368, along with 4 penalty points.
