Warmer Spring Forecasted

PRINCE GEORGE – Spring arrived this morning at 9:15 this morning, but conditions didn’t feel very spring-like here in Prince George.
While the Central Interior continues to dig out of whats been the most precipitation over the winter months we’ve seen in a while, it wasn’t a record-breaking season. With neither an El Nino or La Nina in play Environment Canada is forecasting a slightly warmer spring than average.
Meteorologist Peter Jackson says one thing that is for sure is there will be plenty of road dust on city streets once the snow has melted.
