Sod Turning On New Residential Complex

PRINCE GEORGE – It was a big day for downtown development and the City of Prince George.
Mayor Lyn Hall, City Staff and members of A & T Project Development, builders of a downtown residential complex, turned the sod today to officially get the 153-unit project underway. Work will start immediately on the underground parking structure, which the developer hopes to have in place by September. The timeline for the project is to have occupancy in the summer of 2020. The developer says he’s pleased to be part of a new-look downtown.
