Air Quality Advisory Issued For Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE – An air quality advisory is now in effect Monday for Prince George. 

Northern Health and the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy is blaming it on high concentrations of fine particulate matter. 

It’ll remain in effect until further notice. 

Exposure is of particular concern for infants, the elderly and those who have diabetes and lung or heart disease.
