UNBC Looks At Potential Academic Restructuring

PRINCE GEORGE – UNBC could be seeing some changes that aim to improve student learning and faculty management. Students and staff have been consulted about the University’s potential academic restructuring in recent months.

It’s been on UNBC’s radar for several years, as the proposed restructuring will create five faculties that would replace the current two.

Staff say, if approved, the plan will not negatively affect current students or result in layoffs. The plan will be considered in Senate next week.
