Prince George RCMP Investigate Sunday Night Shooting

PRINCE GEORGE — Mounties are investigating a shooting in Prince George.

Prince George RCMP Cpl. Craig Douglass says it happened at around 8:45 p.m. last (Nov.25) night in the area between the 2400 blocks of Oak Street and Victoria Street.

“Multiple police officers, including a police dog team, attended the area to investigate,” he says. “A SKS type rifle was located near the pathway along the Centennial Trail between Oak Street and Pine Street. No suspects were located in the area and no reports of injuries have been made.”

Douglass says the investigation is continuing.
