Local Business In The Giving Spirit

PRINCE GEORGE – Aneeta Brar is in the giving mood. She is the owner of Girlfriend’s Brow Bar and she is holding a one-day food and fund-raising drive for the Salvation Army.

The proceeds from every procedure done between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. tomorrow will go to the Sally Ann. She is also accepting food, clothes and toys. 

She says she has been looking for a worthy cause and settled on the Salvation Army after some discussion with a friend, adding “donating is caring.”

“All the proceeds of the services we are doing, 100 percent of that is going to the Salvation Army, which is a local Prince George charity.,” explains Brar. “Plus, if you can bring some food with you, non-perishable food, it just puts a little more effort.”
