Pattison Among Inductees Into Canada’s Walk of Fame
TORONTO — A total of 10 Canadians were recently inducted into Canada’s Walk of Fame.
The Walk of Fame held its 20th anniversary gala in Toronto on December 1, with the ceremony being televised over the weekend.
Jim Pattison, owner, chairman and CEO of the Jim Pattison Group, was among the inductees this year. Pattison was recognized in the business and entrepreneur category.
The Jim Pattison Group is Canada’s second-largest privately-held company. It owns Save-on-Foods, Ripley Entertainment, the Guinness Book of World Records, Sun Rype products, and multiple radio stations and television stations, among other companies.
