Ringing and Singing for a Good Cause

PRINCE GEORGE – As the Salvation Army issues an urgent call for volunteers to man the kettle over the holiday season,  we caught up with a couple of bell ringers who are lending their voices to the cause.

Mike Smith and Brad Martin are part of the local band Bralorne and can be seen playing a number of gigs through town all year.  For the last five years they’ve been volunteering their time and musical talents to man the kettles.

“The community in general,  we appreciate their support,  and it certainly inspires us to keep on coming out and doing what we can to help in the community,” said Martin.

Mike and Brad can be found at the Save On in College Heights area and Canadian Tire ringing and singing, all for a good cause this holiday season.
