Fighting Illegal Dumping

PRINCE GEORGE – The Regional District of Fraser-Fort George has passed a strategy plan to combat illegal dumping.

The strategy includes education, infrastructure/services and enforcement. The Regional District will take the lead in education and services. The district will identify suitable disposal and recycling options available in the region.

Part the of the illegal dumping strategy will have the City of Prince George, Province and Regional District of Fraser Fort George work together in preventing illegal dumping.

The illegal dumping prevention program begins today.
