Late April snow for Prince George?

PRINCE GEORGE — Put aside those shorts and sandals, Old Man Winter may not be done with Prince George quite yet.

Environment Canada is forecasting the possibility of snow starting tomorrow night and into Saturday.

“There is a bit of a system moving in and it’s coming with colder air and as a result of that from Friday night to Saturday we have the potential of rain or snow,” says Meteorologist Doug Lundquist. 

“Down low it will melt considerably but at higher terrain, the snow might start to collect.”
