PRINCE GEORGE — It’s a good news/bad news scenario when it comes to snowpack levels across the province as the BC River Forecast Centre released its bi-monthly report this week.

The latest snow survey bulletin shows that the average snowpack province-wide is just 79 per cent of normal.

A well-below normal snowpack of 44 per cent of normal is present in northwest BC while below normal snowpack levels are present in the Stikine, Skeena-Nass and Nechako watersheds.
