Cougars preseason away from home

The Cougars preseason schedule was released today and bad news, they don’t play a single home game. The reason? Well remember, they’re taking the WHL to Dawson Creek.

The team will play five exhibitions games this September, starting on the 6th at the Langley Events Centre. They’ll play the Kamloops Blazers and the Vancouver Giants the next night in a pre-season tournament hosted by the Giants. Right after, they’ll make a stop in the Okanagan to face another B.C. Division rival, the Kelowna Rockets.

Then of course, the trip North. Prince George and the Edmonton Oil Kings meet for an exhibition series September 12th & 14th in Dawson Creek at the Encana Events Centre.
