Nine suspects were arrested this morning as police and the RCMP’s Emergency Response Team surrounded a home on the corner of Chilako and Ahbau at around 10:30 am.
One human caused fire outside of the city broke out over the weekend with another near Fort Nelson which was sparked by lightening. Both fires are said to be under control.
Two CNC students were chosen as recipients of the $7,000 Dillon Adey Memorial 10th Anniversary Scholarship. Dillon died in a motor vehicle accident 10 years ago.
A local farm is attempting to lessen its effects on climate change by changing the way they plant crops.
According to BC Hydro says charging stations should be making their way to Prince George. The level three charging stations would make their way from the Lower Mainland all the way up to Prince George by this fall and then to Prince Rupert and Haida Gwaii by next fall.
