NATIONALS RETURN

National BMX Back: Upgraded park hosts national race this weekend

It’s been just over a year, almost to the day, that Prince George’s BMX Club reopened the park after a summer of renovations.

Their goal after receiving the upgrades was to next host a National level race at their track. This weekend they’ll do just that when BMX Canada’s Northern Lights National Race returns to the Supertrak, where our one local pro rider has been practicing for years.

Brady Anderson has been riding in Prince George for 17 years and is among the helping hands at the track this week, prepping the course for its first National event in five years.

The many upgrades should be well-received by the riders come Friday afternoon, including the local pro class rider, who just made the jump up this year after turning 21.
