Midget AAA teams all victorious on Saturday

All three Midget AAA hockey clubs in Prince George picked up wins on Saturday.

The Cariboo Cougars Major Midget AAA team earned a 1-0 win over the Great Vancouver Canadians in Richmond. The two clubs will meet again on Sunday.

Meanwhile, closer to home the Minor Midget AAA Cougars doubled up the Minor Midget Vancouver Canadians 6-3. They meet bright and early at Kin 2 at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday.

Finally, the Northern Capitals earned a 3-1 win in Kelowna against the Thomspon Okanagan Lakers. The two clubs meet again Sunday morning.
