26th annual Festival of Trees in full swing

PRINCE GEORGE — It’s a Christmas tradition in Prince George and it’s back for its 26th year.

The Festival of Trees is taking place at the Prince George Civic Centre and runs through this Sunday.

Popular events still to come include the seniors tea tomorrow, the Gala Fundraising Auction Friday and the Teddy Bear Breakfast on Sunday.

Over the past 25 years, the festival of trees has raised over $4 million for important diagnostic and treatment equipment for the Spirit of the North Healthcare Foundation.
