Another rise in jobless numbers in Prince George

PRINCE GEORGE–More people looking for work sent Prince George’s unemployment numbers up once again to 6.4 per cent last month, from 5.2 per cent this time last year.

A similar scenario for B.C., posting an unemployment rate of 5 per cent last month, up from 4.4 per cent in November of last year.

The national unemployment rate also climbed to 5.9 per cent last month , from 5.6 per cent in November of 2018 .
