Fort St. James –The Cariboo Cougars earned a weekend split with the Vancouver Northwest Hawks in Fort St. James. The Cougars fell 2-0 in the outdoor game Saturday , dubbed the Winter Classic. The Cats bounced back with a 7-4 victory over the Hawks on Sunday afternoon, at the Fort Forum . The fifth-place Cougars (18-8-1-1 ),will be in Burnaby this weekend for a pair of key games against the fourth-place Vancouver Northeast Chiefs (19-7-0-0)
