Graduating Condor soaring to VIU for next season

A big part of the Duchess Park Condors senior boys basketball team has found his new home for next season.

Jackson Kuc has committed to Vancouver Island University for the 2020-2021 season.

Kuc played a key role in the success of the Duchess Park Condors senior boys team this season as the team went all the way to the Provincial Final where they fell in the Championship game against G.W Graham.

Kuc had 24 points in that Championship game.

“We are excited to add Jackson Kuc from Duchess Park to our program. He was a huge part of leading them to the AAA provincial final. Jackson is a great student and will compete to add depth at our point guard position,” stated VIU Head Coach Matt Kuzminski.

Kuc will join a Vancouver Island University squad who was 16-2 last year and also feature Condor alumni Soren Erricson and Dan Zimmerman.
