PRINCE GEORGE—It’s been a year since a woman went missing near Houston B.C.

Laureen Campbell Fabian was last seen on October 28th, 2019, when she left her home to go for a walk.

The investigation involved members from Houston RCMP, North District General Investigation Section, BC RCMP’s North District Major Crime Unit, Police Dog Services, Forensic Identification Section, BC RCMP Air Services, and Houston Search and Rescue.

“Police are appealing to anyone who may have information that could help bring a resolution to this investigation to contact their local RCMP. We hope that they will call and provide what could be vital information.”—Cpl. Madonna Saunderson, BC RCMP Communication Services

RCMP say that numerous avenues of investigation have been pursued and that investigators have followed up on all information they have received, however, Laureen has yet to be located.

Police say that they are considering all options in Fabian’s disappearance. Anyone with information is asked to contact RCMP in their jurisdiction or contact Crime Stoppers, anonymously at 1-800-222-8477.
