RCMP seek owner of abandoned side-by-side

HUDSON’S HOPE —Mounties in Hudson’s Hope are seeking the owner of an abandoned side-by-side.

Cpl. Rob Gardner says police received a report of the abandoned side-by-side along Canyon Drive at a work site on Nov.10 and say a caller told them it had showed up a few days earlier.

“We have made attempts to identify who the owner of the side-by-side is, but have been unsuccessful and would like to return it to the rightful owner,” he says.

“The investigation into if the side-by-side was stolen, or why the side-by-side arrived at the work site continues, with the assistance of the Fort St. John Forensic Identification Section.
