Urban Planet opens Prince George location

PRINCE GEORGE — Retail giant Urban Planet opened its Prince George location Friday afternoon at Parkwood Place.

The retailer boasts more than 100 locations across the country and caters to young men and women aged 16 to 24.

It’s located in the bottom floor of the space vacated by The Bay last spring.

A manager at the Parkwood location said that the opening has lead to the hiring of 80 employees.
