Tickets are officially on sale for the Spruce Kings 39th Annual Show Home Lottery.
This year’s home is located right beside last year’s house in the Aberdeen Glen Subdivision on Links Drive and is valued at $670,000.
This year there will also be a new Manager of the Show Home for Spruce Kings as they announced Thursday Liz Bennett will be filling that role.
Bennett is born and raised in Prince George and is heavily involved in the community.
“We decided in August that this would be a great role for me,” shared Bennett to CKPG.
“It would mesh, my love of athleticism, and athletics in the community as well as my love for Prince George, as well as my history doing marketing work.”
For now, residents will not be able to see the house in person due to Covid-19 safety protocols.
The good news is though there will be a virtual tour online just like last year up in the coming days.
