This past week has been especially tough for Brody as he gets chemotherapy treatments at BC Children’s Hospital in Vancouver, now his mom is hoping his superhero Ryan Reynolds can lift his spirits.

The 11-year-old is in Vancouver right now staying at the Ronald McDonald House which is much different because of COVID-19.

Brody just finished his first round of chemo on January 9th, now awaiting the second round scheduled for January 14th.

“Brody is doing really well with chemo, no crazy side effects. His attitude is great and he is approaching everything with a smile. His hair is falling out really fast and he is very embarrassed. But he knows what to expect in the coming days,” says Brody’s mother Randi.
