PRINCE GEORGE – Many of the facilities that people go to and do their workouts have restrictions on the number of people who can enter the building which has shifted some people towards virtual exercising.

This involves the use of technology to combine workouts and virtual reality.

There are many apps available for download on a smartphone or tablet. Some apps can track your activity, send motivational messages, while others can put you in line to compete with others.
