PRINCE GEORGE – College Heights Secondary students have partnered with The Rotary Club of Prince George-Yellowhead and volunteered their time around the city.
This weekend, a few students split their time between St.Vincent’s Drop-in Centre, where they fed the homeless, and the Salvation Army, where they sorted through donated food to create hampers for those less fortunate.
Brian Leslie, who is the President of The Rotary Club of Prince George -Yellowhead says the volunteer group consists of about 10 students and he says he would really like to see more students get involved.
