Seven COVID new cases in Northern BC

NORTHERN BC – BC is reporting 56 new cases of COVID, bringing the provincial total to 147,187.

Reporting from the Conference and Civic Centre, Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry noted there are 7 cases in Northern Health. There are a total of 111 people in the hospital, 41 of whom are in ICU.

Fortunately, there have been no new deaths as a result of COVID-19. But 1,743 souls have perished because of the virus.
