Quesnel RCMP searching for man missing for nearly a month

QUESNEL — Quesnel RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating a man who’s been missing since July 31.

Donald Preston was reported missing by his roommate and is believed to be around his property at 7321 Hwy. 97 S, Alexandria, Quesnel.

RCMP say Preston has limited friends in British Columbia and likes to be alone, but it was not unusual for him to leave the property for several days at a time. He has hitchhiked in the past.

Preston is described as a 57-year-old Caucasian male, standing 5-7 and weighing 150 lbs. RCMP says he has a medium complexion, and brown hair and green eyes.
