TWolves have high expectations of themselves heading into basketball season
PRINCE GEORGE – Their season doesn’t officially get underway until the end of October, but the UNBC Timberwolves men’s basketball team is working hard in the gym ahead of a season in which expectations are high amongst its players.
“I think we definitely have the talent this year, so if everyone stays focused and everybody works hard then we shouldn’t have no problem reaching our expectations and our goals,” said TWolves forward Fareed Shittu.
“From our bigs to our guards, we’ve got fantastic players crossed the board,” explained player Chris Ross. “We’ve got young guys bringing energy and guys trying to make an impact on this team. We’re really excited. I’m really excited this year, I think we can make a real impact.”
