Prince George duo wins 2021 Dream Home

PRINCE GEORGE — Splitting a ticket turned into a new home for one Prince George duo.

Brenda Ferch and Diana Forfar – ticket No. 10,005 out of 11,999 – won the Prince George Hospice Society dream home from North Nechako homes worth more than $800,000 on Friday (Dec. 17).

Additionally, Elton Rallison with 50/50 ticket No. 7,885 won $150,000 in a raffle draw.

The dream home lottery is the largest fundraiser for the Prince George Hospice Society. Hospice is partially funded by Northern Health, so the Society is responsible for raising most of its funds.

Ferch and Forfar’s new house is in the Nechako View Subdivision at 4047 Brink Dr. The over 3000 sq. ft. home features five bedrooms, four baths, a spacious basement with a separate entrance, and much more. For the first time ever, the dream home will come fully furnished.
