High School Basketball: Condors back for redemption

PRINCE GEORGE – In 2020, the Duchess Park Condors’ varsity boy’s basketball team was the number one ranked team in the province.

That team ended up making it to the provincial championship game, ultimately losing to the G.W. Graham Grizzlies. With the season cancelled last year the boys’ team is back on the court this year looking for a little redemption.

The Condors are already off to a hot start with an undefeated record (11-0) against local talent and splitting four games (2-2) against Quad-A teams from the Lower Mainland. Head Coach Jordan Yu and his squad will look to keep the momentum going to improve in their ranking as they gun for provincials once again.
