PRINCE GEORGE- Prince George residents showed their support for the cross-country trucker convoy on Saturday. A large group of people paraded through the city to advocate against vaccination mandates and lockdowns. Starting at the CN Centre parking lot, attendees decorated their vehicles in banners and Canadian flags to support the residents protesting on parliament hill.

Many of the “Freedom Rally 2022” supporters remain in the capital today (Monday). According to Ottawa police, investigations are underway in relation to the desecration of the National War Memorial and Terry Fox statue, along with threatening illegal, intimidating behaviour to police.
