COVID-19 effects forcing transit route cancellations in Prince George

ckpgPRINCE GEORGE — BC Transit is attributing service disruptions in Prince George to the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

BC Transit says the effect on employee wellness is resulting in the need to alter schedules and cancel trips on short notice, which is a challenge currently being faced across the province. To minimize the impacts these service disruptions are having on customers, BC Transit is posting alerts as soon as possible on the web site once trip cancellations are confirmed.

BC Transit encourages customers to check for alerts regularly and sign up to receive route specific email notifications which can be found on their website.
