RCMP nab impaired driver following stunting incident in College Heights

PRINCE GEORGE — A Prince George man is facing an impaired driving charge and received multiple tickets following a stunting incident last Thursday.

RCMP say they received a report of a dangerous driver in the College Heights area just before 9 p.m. that night where a witness reported seeing a vehicle swerving in its lane and nearly causing a collision.

When police tracked down the vehicle a short time later in a parking lot on the 6300 block of Southridge Avenue, police observed the driver stunting and doing donuts. RCMP say he managed to evade police by running a red light.
