Gas prices continue to skyrocket in Northern BC
PRINCE GEORGE– Gas prices are always a hot topic in the city. Which is why it pains many Prince George residents to see prices rising once again.
Prices are so high some may say cars are avoiding the pump with gas stations looking more like ghost towns around town.
It could prove costly as Dr. Werner Antweiler, who is an Economics Professor at Sauder School of Business, UBC believes the price could get up to $2 per liter quite soon. The big reason why? Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has caused Canada to look elsewhere for Oil.
