Covid hospitalizations continue trending down

PRINCE GEORGE – Covid hospitalizations continue to fall in the province, but ICU cases are slightly up.

The province is reporting 689 new covid cases over the previous 3 day period.

The Ministry of Health is reporting 359 individuals in hospital with covid. 51 people are in intensive care, an increase of five since Friday’s update.

14 new deaths have been reported, none from the Northern Health region. Three deaths have been removed from the total count due to a data correction. The overall total is now 2,946.
