COVID numbers continue to decline province wide

VICTORIA — No new COVID deaths have been reported by the Ministry of Health in Tuesday’s covid update.

Two-hundred and thirty-seven new COVID cases reported in British Columbia in the past 24 hours. The Northern Health region accounts for two dozen of those cases.

Three-hundred and forty-five people are in hospital, a reduction of 14 people from yesterday. Fifty remain in the ICU down only one from Monday’s update.

Starting Tuesday, March 15, rapid testing kits will be available at community pharmacies for people aged 40 and over. Kits will contain five tests and a new one can be picked up every 28 days.
