RCMP seek ‘armed and dangerous man’ last seen in the VLA

PRINCE GEORGE — Update: RCMP say he is no longer wanted by police.

Earlier: Local Mounties are seeking your help in locating a man they say is “armed and dangerous.”

Twenty-four-year-old Smitty Ralph Bent is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for violating his parole conditions.

Bent is described as:

  • Indigenous male
  • 180 cm (5’11)
  • 77 kg (170 lbs)
  • Black hair
  • Brown eyes
  • LC tattoo on right wrist
  • 3 diamonds tattoo on left eye
  • VLA and gun tattoo on right hand

RCMP says he was last seen in the VLA area of Prince George over the weekend.
