Concerned parent believes school zone speeding isn’t being talked about enough
PRINCE GEORGE– Branden Pringle is a father of 2 kids who attend Ecole College Heights Elementary School and he’s noticed some concerning behaviors from drivers.
Like many other parents, Pringle is concerned with the amount of time he has seen cars speeding through school zones when going to pick up and drop off his children. When he went to social media to see if he could do something about the issue, he was greeted by other parents with similar concerns.
Pringle says he has yet to see action to prevent drivers from speeding, even after he has put in a complaint with the RCMP. And like many other parents, he would also like to see some action taken whether that’s more traffic enforcement by the RCMP or by more signage from the City reminding drivers to slow down.
