Sikh Temple on Davis Road is expanding
PRINCE GEORGE – For just over twenty years, the Sikh Temple in College Heights has been slowly growing with worshippers. With the influx of new people recently, the temple was forced to expand its building by thousands of square feet.
The temple is seeing a growth of worshippers from out-of-town students and residents from the Lower Mainland.
According to Pal Bassi, Secretary Gurdwara Sahib Guru Nanak Darbar Temple, the increased growth began around six years ago. So much so that at times some people would be left in the hallways to worship.
