Cariboo Cougars back on the ice

PRINCE GEORGE – The Cariboo Cougars hit the ice for camp today as a bunch of young hopefuls showed off their skills in an attempt to crack the team’s roster.

“It’s always exciting to get back into the rink and obviously, we’re mid-summer here. So, it’s a bit of a different feeling than usual, but it’s exciting, you know, looking forward to moving on with this new group and seeing where we’re at. It’s been a couple of months since our spring camp and there’s a lot of development in there, so it’s super exciting,” Tyler Brough, Cariboo Cougars’ head coach.

This camp gives the team a chance to scout players and build their team.
